Bonick Co

Terms and Conditions

Last updated September 15, 2026

You are buying a tool built from real client-experience work. These terms explain what you get, what you can do with it, and what we each agree to.

Section 1Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Bonick Consultancy Inc, an Illinois corporation doing business as Bonick Co and Zandra Bonick ("Bonick Co," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Chicago, Illinois.

They apply to every digital product we sell or give away, including templates, toolkits, guides, checklists, calculators, graders, courses, workshops, recordings, email or text sequences, and any related bonuses, updates, or community spaces. We call these "Products."

These terms do not cover our done-for-you finance, bookkeeping, or client-experience consulting services. Those are governed by a separate signed engagement letter or service agreement.

By buying, downloading, or using a Product, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use our Products.

Section 2Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you are buying for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. You agree to give us accurate contact and billing information and to keep it current.

Section 3What you get when you buy

Access

After your payment clears, you will receive login details or download links by email, usually within a few minutes. If you have not received access within 24 hours, email us at zandra@bonick.co and we will fix it.

Lifetime access, defined

When a Product is sold with "lifetime access," that means access for as long as we continue to offer that Product, not for the rest of your life or ours. If we retire a Product or close the business, we will give you at least 90 days' notice by email and, where we reasonably can, a downloadable copy of the core materials.

Updates

You get any updates we make to the Product you purchased. New Products, expanded versions, or bundles we release later are separate purchases unless we say otherwise in writing.

Platform changes

We may move Products between hosting platforms, checkout tools, or member portals. When we do, we will email you new access instructions. A platform change is not a reason for a refund.

Bonuses

Bonuses, fast-action extras, and limited-time add-ons are gifts. We can change or withdraw them for future buyers at any time, but anything you were granted at purchase stays with you under these terms.

Section 4Ownership and how you may use the materials

What we own

Every Product, and everything in it, is owned by Bonick Consultancy Inc and protected by copyright and trademark law. That includes the ICONIC framework, the Sienna strategist, the 5-Star Onboarding Toolkit, all templates, scripts, swipe copy, graders, videos, audio, workbooks, course structure, and the Bonick Co and Zandra Bonick names and marks.

What you may do

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in your own business. You may:

  • Customize templates, scripts, and swipe copy and use them with your own clients.
  • Send the customized versions to your own clients as part of your own service delivery.
  • Print or save copies for your own use.

What you may not do

  • Share your login, forward downloads, or give access to anyone who has not purchased.
  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or package any part of a Product as your own product, course, template shop item, or lead magnet.
  • Teach, coach, or certify others using our materials or frameworks as the curriculum.
  • Remove copyright notices, branding, or attribution from unmodified materials.
  • Use any Product, or any recording, image, voice, or likeness of Zandra Bonick, to train, fine-tune, or prompt an artificial intelligence system, or to create synthetic media, voice clones, or deepfakes.
  • Post the materials publicly, upload them to file-sharing sites, or include them in any shared drive that people outside your business can access.

One purchase covers one person. If your team needs access, email us for team pricing.

If you break these rules we may end your access without refund and pursue every remedy the law allows, including statutory damages and attorney's fees under the U.S. Copyright Act.

Section 5Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time for future purchases.
  • Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal through our checkout platform. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Payment plans are a convenience, not a subscription. When you choose a payment plan you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price. You may not stop payments because you stopped using the Product.
  • If a payment plan installment fails, we will retry it and email you. If it stays unpaid for 7 days we may pause your access until the balance is current. If it stays unpaid for 30 days the full remaining balance becomes due and we may send the account to collections.
  • Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where the law requires it. Any other taxes are your responsibility.
  • Promotional pricing, discount codes, and launch prices are honored only during the stated window and cannot be applied after purchase.

Section 6All sales are final

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind, lack of use, buying the wrong product, or results that were not what you hoped for.

The only exceptions are:

  • You paid and did not receive access, told us within 30 days, and we could not fix it.
  • A specific Product page states its own guarantee in writing, in which case that guarantee controls for that Product only.
  • A refund is required by law where you live.

Please read the sales page, watch any previews, and ask questions at zandra@bonick.co before you buy.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will treat it as a breach of these terms. We may immediately end your access to every Product you own, provide the card issuer with your purchase records and access logs, recover the disputed amount plus any fees and reasonable costs of collection, and decline future orders from you.

Section 7Educational products, not professional advice

Our Products are educational and informational. They share Zandra Bonick's experience in luxury hospitality, client experience, and finance operations. They are not legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, or mental health advice, and buying a Product does not create a client, advisor, or fiduciary relationship with Bonick Co or with Zandra Bonick personally.

Where a Product touches money, contracts, or client relationships, it is showing you a method. You are responsible for deciding whether it fits your business, and for getting advice from a licensed professional where your situation calls for one.

Section 8Results and income disclaimer

We cannot and do not promise that you will get any particular result, including new clients, renewals, referrals, revenue, or retention improvements. Any numbers, stories, screenshots, or testimonials we share are real examples from real people, but they are not typical and are not a promise of what you will earn or achieve.

Your results depend on things we do not control: your niche, your skill, how much of the material you actually implement, your market, your pricing, and timing. Many people who buy educational products never implement them and get no result at all. You agree that you are buying a Product, not a result.

This disclaimer is written to comply with the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements, testimonials, and earnings claims.

Section 9Testimonials and examples

Testimonials on our pages are from real buyers or clients who were not paid for their statements unless we say otherwise. Some testimonials were given in exchange for a bonus or gift, and we disclose that where it applies. Client names, screenshots, and numbers may be lightly edited for privacy or length without changing their meaning.

Section 10You accept the risk

Running a business involves risk. By using a Product you accept full responsibility for the decisions you make, the money you spend, the clients you take on, and the outcomes that follow. You agree not to hold Bonick Co responsible for choices you make based on the material.

Section 11Technology you need

You need a reliable internet connection, a current browser, and the ability to open PDF, Google Docs, Canva, or Notion files where a Product uses them. Some Products require a free account on a third-party platform (for example Google, Canva, or a course portal). We are not responsible for those platforms or for changes they make.

We work to keep Products available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is by email at zandra@bonick.co, and we aim to reply within 2 business days. We do not offer phone support for digital Products.

Section 12Community spaces and conduct

Some Products include access to a group, chat, comment area, or live session. In those spaces you agree to be respectful, to keep other members' information private, and not to promote your own offers unless invited. We may remove content or members who harass others, spam, share confidential information, or share our materials outside the group. Membership in a community is a feature of the Product and may end when that Product is retired.

Section 13Things you send us

If you send us a testimonial, review, screenshot, question, DM, comment, win, or feedback (by email, text, Instagram, ManyChat, a community post, or a form), you give us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it, edit it for length, and share it in our marketing, on our website, in our emails, and in our Products, with your first name and business name unless you ask us to anonymize it. You confirm anything you send us is yours to share and does not reveal your own clients' private information.

You can ask us to stop using a specific testimonial at any time by emailing zandra@bonick.co. We will remove it from anything we publish going forward, though we cannot recall printed or already-distributed material.

Section 14Emails and text messages

Email

When you buy or opt in, you agree to receive purchase emails, access instructions, and marketing emails from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional emails about your purchase.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Bonick Co about your purchase, reminders, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Section 15Third-party tools and affiliate links

We sometimes recommend tools, software, and other people's programs. Some of those links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we use or believe in, but we do not control those companies and are not responsible for their products, pricing, availability, or policies. Any purchase you make from a third party is between you and them.

Section 16Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Bonick Consultancy Inc, Zandra Bonick, and anyone who works with us are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost clients, or lost data, even if we were told they were possible.
  • Our total liability to you for anything connected to a Product is limited to the amount you paid us for that Product in the 12 months before the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limits on warranties or damages. If that applies where you live, these limits apply only as far as the law permits.

Section 17You cover us if your use causes a claim

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bonick Consultancy Inc, its owner, and its contractors from any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable attorney's fees) that arises from your breach of these terms, your use of a Product with your own clients, content you submit, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Section 18Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. For most issues we will email you first and give you 5 business days to fix the problem. For serious breaches such as sharing, reselling, or chargebacks we may end access immediately without notice or refund. Sections 4, 6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17, 19, and 20 survive any termination.

Section 19How we handle disputes

Talk to us first

If you have a problem, email zandra@bonick.co with "Dispute" in the subject line and a description of the issue. We agree to try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before either of us starts any formal proceeding.

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve it informally, you and Bonick Co agree that any dispute arising from these terms or a Product will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Cook County, Illinois, or by video or phone if you prefer. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Small claims

Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies.

No class actions

You and Bonick Co agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action, and each of us waives the right to a jury trial.

Opting out

You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing zandra@bonick.co within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out" and your name and order details. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

Section 20Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. For anything not covered by arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Section 21Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as platform outages, internet failures, illness, natural disasters, government action, or third-party service shutdowns. If an event like this prevents delivery for more than 90 days, either of us may end the affected purchase and we will refund any amount paid for undelivered material.

Section 22Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. For changes that materially affect existing buyers we will email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use a Product after that date means you accept the new terms. Changes will not take away access you already paid for.

Section 23Privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. We use tracking tools on our pages and checkouts, including Meta's pixel and other analytics, to understand how people find and use our offers. We honor applicable privacy rights, including those under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU and UK GDPR, for people they cover.

Section 24Accessibility

We want our Products to be usable by everyone. If you need materials in a different format or have trouble accessing something, email zandra@bonick.co and we will do our best to help.

Section 25Buying from outside the United States

Our Products are created in the United States for a U.S. audience. If you buy from elsewhere you are responsible for complying with your local laws and any local taxes or duties. Nothing here waives consumer rights you have under your own country's law that cannot be waived.

Section 26Electronic agreement

You agree that we can communicate with you by email and that ticking a box, clicking "buy," "pay," or "I agree," or completing a purchase counts as your electronic signature and creates a binding agreement. You can request a copy of these terms at any time.

Section 27General terms

  • Entire agreement. These terms, our Privacy Policy, and any written guarantee on a specific Product page are the whole agreement between us about the Products.
  • Severability. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a term today, we can still enforce it later.
  • Assignment. We may transfer these terms if we sell or restructure the business. You may not transfer your license or access to anyone else.
  • Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect meaning.

Section 28Contact

Questions, access problems, testimonial removals, disputes, and opt-outs all go to the same place:

Bonick Consultancy Inc
Attn: Zandra Bonick
4610 N Clark St
Chicago, IL 60640
zandra@bonick.co

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Section 29Your acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Bonick Co Product you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
